The tour will start inside the Central Market
where one of our chef will help the participants
to chose the freshest and best ingredients for
the dishes after the shopping the participants
will start the cooking lessen that will show
the basic elements of Tuscan Kitchen
dishes and allow them to experience directly
every step of the preparations once the menu
will be completed everyone will be able to join
a lunch composed by the dishes prepared during
the lesson accompanied by Tuscan wine

TORTELLINI- RAVIOLI- TAGLIATELLE

Our Chefs will help you to make fresh pasta
to model it into the different shapes of
traditional Italian receipts and to choose
and prepare to most appropriate sauce
to accompany them Once the pasta is
cooked and the sauce readied all the
participants are able to try their dishes
during the lunch and to taste Tuscan wine
