2° day
After breakfast in the hotel :DAY DEDICATE TO BAROLO. A short walk through La Morra, along the narrow streets of the medieval "concentrico" Visit to the Benedictine Abbey of S. Martino di Marcenasco, a Roman-baroque building whose wine cellars house the Ratti Museum, dedicated to the wine /vine history Tasting of Barolo at the Wine Estate Fratelli Oddero (founded in 1878) Proceding to the village of Barolo: visit to the Falletti medieval Castle where the legendary story of the
"King of Wines " was born (19th century). Tasting session of Barolo Classico ( made according to tradition)at the Winery "Giacomo Borgogno & Figli" .Transfer to Relais restaurant: introduction the local specialities, meeting our chef, specialist in Piedmont traditional cuisine dinner with typical dishes stay at hotel for the night.

3°day
After breakfast in the hotel :ALBA AND BARBARESCO. A memorable day among the great NEBBIOLO vineyards and celebrated estates. In the village of Barbaresco, , a walk around the famous 10th century tower and a visit to the Enoteca Regionale, oddly situated in a deconsecrated baroque church. Tasting Session at I produttori del Barbaresco with a detailed explanation of "terroir", techniques and history of this superb wine. A stroll in the fascinating medieval centre of Alba, worldwide capital of the White Truffle.Extraordinary opportunities for wine and food shopping.Guided visit to the historical Cellar Pio Cesare with tasting of superb Barbaresco Dinner in Trattoria with traditional food. Stay at hotel for the night

4°day
After brekfast. Morning, departure to Tuscany CHIANTI CLASSICO. Arrival to Agriturismo Il Leccio, an ancient tower house that was built in 1200 and transformed into a Villa in the eighteenth century by the family Landi who had acquired it in the 1500s. Lunch, meeting with Vinarium guide and introduction to the program. Depart to visit to the market square in Greve in Chianti, salumi tasting in a local artisan butcher. Guided visit to the cellars in Casaloste winery and wine tasting. Fine Tuscan dinner at Cantinetta di Rignana, a delicious terrace over the Chianti hills and night in hotel.

5° day
After breaakfast visit The best traditional CHIANTI WINERIES: guided visit to Fontodi in Panzano with tasting of Chianti classico, Riserva Vigna il Sorbo and Flaccianello and to Castello d'Ama with wine tasting of the production created from the single vineyards. Lunch at Castle Fonterutoli restaurant. Visit to the ancient cellars in Fonterutoli, guided wine tasting to Chianti classico and Siepi. Short guided walk in Siena, from Piazza del Campo to the Cathedral. Dinner at Taverna del Conte and night in Hotel in Siena.

6° day
After breakfast ; transfer to Montalcino and its treasures : visit to cellars in Altesino and Poggio Antico, guided wine tasting to their Rosso and BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO Guided walk along the tight roads in Montalcino village and lunch at Osteria Grappolo Blu. Transfer to Florence or Pisa airports or rail station for departure. End of our service
